Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Advert does not offer refunds for any products, subscriptions, or services under any circumstances once a transaction has been completed.
By making a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this strict no-refund policy.
No exceptions will be made to this no-refund policy, including but not limited to claims of dissatisfaction, accidental purchases, or changes in personal or business circumstances.
All users may cancel their subscription at any time—no approval or reason required. You can do this directly through your Advert dashboard.
To cancel your subscription:
Log into your dashboard at https://app.advertadvertise.com
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
Select Settings
Go to the Billing tab
Click Cancel Subscription
After cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to all Advert features until that time.
No further charges will be incurred after your cancellation is processed.
Your account data may be retained in case you choose to reactivate. However, Advert reserves the right to delete data following cancellation. If you wish to have your data permanently deleted, please contact support in accordance with privacy laws and our data policy.

Advert reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect upon being posted to our website. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically.
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Advert is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
